Description: This project was a teaching tool for the employees at the hospitals. They produced a half dozen large maps for the instructors and thousands of laminated placemat size for the employees.
The instructors had a ship with a magnet on the back to move around and place on the map as they explored each area of Customer Service. At the last stop for the ship, the instructor would say "and the most important part of our company is of course" ...and the waves under the ship would be spelling out the word "You"
